Through active involvement in asset management, we seek to identify and implement strategic, financial and operational enhancements at the asset level and, concurrently, forestall situations that can have a negative impact on the performance of the asset. Through our in-house asset management platform, we aim to:

• Contribute to achieve sustainable, risk-adjusted returns in-line with or exceeding investor expectations through active portfolio company management.
• Provide strategic direction and performance indicators for the management of the portfolio.
• Develop and implement risk management measures for both the investment vehicles and individual portfolio companies.
• Utilize domain experience and industry recognized experts to manage new investment opportunities within portfolio companies.
• Provide regular reporting of portfolio company information to investors, lenders, partners and other stakeholders.
• Enhance human capital base at portfolio company asset level through direct involvement and strategic direction from SteelRiver's personnel.
