Jason Boyleis a Partner and an Investment Specialist at SteelRiver. He focuses on acquisitions and financing of electricity and gas transmission and distribution and water assets. He joined Babcock & Brown’s Australian origination group in 2001 and relocated to San Francisco in 2006. Prior to Babcock & Brown, he worked at Westpac Corporate Finance in the utilities and resources group. Matt Hillis a Partner and an Investment Specialist at SteelRiver. He specializes in acquisitions of marine port assets. He joined Babcock & Brown’s Australian origination group in 2005 and relocated to San Francisco in 2007. Prior to Babcock & Brown, Matt worked at BMT Maritime Consultants and Sinclair Knight Merz as an advisor on port-related issues, the Port of Brisbane Corporation as a planner, and the Australian Regular Army as a logistician. He holds a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning and a Master of Business Administration from the University of New England (Australia). |

Cliff Loshis a Partner and General Counsel of SteelRiver. He joined Babcock & Brown in 1998 where he held various roles including head of real estate financial products and senior management of the structured finance business unit. Prior to Babcock & Brown, Cliff was a Partner at the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame, a Master of Arts from Cambridge University, and a Juris Doctorate from Yale Law School. |
