	Christopher P. Kinney, CFA is a Senior Managing Partner of SteelRiver. He has over 25 years of experience in investment management, investment banking and financial administration. Prior to establishing SteelRiver, Chris joined Babcock & Brown in 2006 and worked to establish, structure and raise SRIFNA I as its founding CEO. Before his tenure at Babcock & Brown, Chris served as Chief Financial Officer of the City of Knoxville where he was on the City's Pension Board of Trustees. Previously, he was a Managing Director in the investment banking groups at JPMorgan Chase and Barclays Capital where he specialized in power, utilities and infrastructure. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Tennessee and a Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
	Dennis T. Mahoney, Jr. is a Senior Managing Partner of SteelRiver. Prior to establishing SteelRiver, Dennis joined Babcock & Brown in 2005 where he led origination and execution of infrastructure transactions in North America and worked to establish, structure and raise SRIFNA I in a senior capacity. Prior to 2005, Dennis was a Director at JP Morgan Securities in the mergers and acquisitions group and Barclays Capital in the corporate finance group. Dennis holds a Bachelor of Science from Columbia University and a Master of Business Administration from New York University.
	Michael J. Cyrus is a Managing Partner of SteelRiver. He joined Babcock & Brown in 2008. Prior to 2008, Michael served as Executive Vice President of Cinergy Corporation and Chief Executive of the company's regulated and unregulated businesses. Previously, he helped grow Dynegy, Inc. into a global energy firm, helped develop an options and futures trading organization in Chicago and worked at Conoco, Inc. in the trading and operations groups. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas. He is also a graduate of Harvard University's Advanced Management Program, Mahler School of Advanced Management and The Center for Creative Leadership.
