Peoples TWP is a Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission-regulated intrastate natural gas public utility previously operated as a family-owned business under the T.W. Phillips name. It has been serving customers in southwestern Pennsylvania since 1896 and is engaged in the gathering, transmission and distribution of natural gas. Its service territory borders and, in certain areas, overlaps the Peoples Natural Gas service territory.

Peoples TWP is comprised of three companies the largest being TWP Gas which currently serves approximately 63,000 primarily residential customers and delivers approximately 23 Bcf of gas per year. TWP Energy is a licensed PPUC natural gas marketing business and TWP Pipeline is a FERC-regulated pipeline.
